We proudly ship to all states within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.

3. Shipping Carrier:
All orders will be shipped via UPS. Once the product has been picked up by UPS, our company is no longer liable for the shipment. UPS will take full responsibility for the delivery of your package from this point forward.

4. Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

5. Order Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment at any time.

6. Complimentary Shipping Insurance:
For your peace of mind, all orders are insured at no additional cost. Our shipping insurance covers your package for loss or damage within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of such an occurrence, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact UPS directly to update your details.

8. Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., missing, delayed, or damaged packages), you will need to reach out directly to UPS to resolve the matter. We recommend providing your tracking number when contacting UPS for faster service.
